Tune Title Request

While researching why the cost of Snow Peas is so high I came across this YouTube video that uses for the soundtrack a fiddle/mandolin tune I would love to work on. I realize I am most likely exposing my ignorance of the fiddle tune lexicon, but that is risk I am willing to take.

The tune repeats several time from the beginning to about 2:56.

I believe it’s Daley’s Reel. Many recordings of it around and a popular jam tune.

Well I didn't kno3w snow peas would grow in such a hot area!

The internet(s) tell me that indeed Snow Peas do not care for high temperature. Despite that the peas being shown in the video I posted are more likely Snap Peas than Snow Peas, the methodology is basically the same. Plant in relatively dry soil either in early spring or late fall to (as you implied) to avoid temperature extremes. My conjecture is that their consistently elevated cost is due to a high incidence of greenhouse and or hydroponic production to keep up with year round demand.
