Default Easy 6 string to Tenor conversion

My daughter had an Oscar Schmidt OG-1 guitar from when she started playing. Very cheap guitar but always sounded good. This guitar has a scale length of 23 inches and a 1.5 inch nut. She has moved on and so the guitar has been sitting in my basement. So I converted it to a tenor. All I did was replace the nut and restring the middle four strings. I think it is the best acoustic tenor I have owned.

Love the Mini-Dread aesthetic! I like my Blueridge BT-40 a whole lot, but it is pretty much the only tenor I have played , so the idea of an easy way to try others is appealing. Hoping to sample a few other tenors and meet some pickers at TGG 13 in Astoria OR in early June
