    He is an excellent musician, unfamiliar to me until recently. Lots of video featuring fiddle on Youtube. The tone of his electric mandolin moves smoothly between registers. I don't hear too resonant lower strings or the hell of snappy plinkiness on the higher ones. Sounds like compression and EQ effects are well used. I wonder if he'd be open to doing a video interview about his electric mandolin on Mandolin Cafe?
