I'll see if I can get it put into TablEdit after I receive what Bob is sending me. I'll post it here when it's done.

Here's something special for you Cooder fans...

Ry works over his F4 on "Feelin' Like A Submarine", recorded live at Ebbetts Field in Denver, Colorado, May 20th 1974...

Hey, thanks Bruce! That's a cool song. Very nice recording quality. Did you do the honors?

A perfect example of Cooder's manical mandolin technique. #Anyone have a source for the lyrics? #I can't quite discern some of the words, despite the excellent quality of the recording. Is this a 1920's or 30's era song? #Who was the original artist, etc.?

Here's my take on the tune:

(I don't care for the slide part on this, but I've got nobody to blame but myself.)

I hope you do get a chance! I thought you guys were just being polite and not saying anything baout how wrong it might be.
Even though my ears and brain are neighbors, they really don't
talk much. All corrections graciously accepeted and appreciated.

Hey guys, I havn't had a chance to get the tab into TablEdit yet. I'll have to sit down with the recording to do it in order to get the timing of each note. The thing about TablEdit is that you have to enter actual quarter notes, 1/8 notes, etc....

Sorry Shane, I really left you with a bunch of work!
(I didn't TAB any time values)
