Does anyone know where I can get the correct music for this tune? I have found chords on line, but am not sure if they are correct.

Go Vandals!
These are pretty good. I can't remember what key NGDB did it in, but the chords on this site are close for the key of C. I think I'd go Am - Am7/G instead of Am7 - C/G, but other than that, these chords will do it. The chords on Guitaretab are wrong.

I hope that $4.95 doesn't blow your budget at MusicNotes (Mr. Bojangles).
Thanks,
The music on KWW slink will work great.

Go Vandals!
That's a great video, but they seem to be lip synching to their record.

what does it mean when the music has C (g) or C (b)?
Probably pretty basic, but would appreciate the help.
Thanks
C chord with a G bass note, I think.
sounds good....thanks
I saw the Dirt Band opening for Willie Nelson a few months back and noticed that they have corrected the mistake they recorded in the lyrics. They used to sing:
I met him in a cell in New Orleans I was down and out.
He looked at me to be the eyes of age and the smoke ran out.
Now they sing:
I met him in a cell in New Orleans I was down and out.
He looked at me to be the eyes of age as he spoke right out.
as Jerry Jeff intended.
They put on a great show. Good to see John back playing with them.

Thread Necromancy!
So has anyone tabbed out the Mandolin backup parts for Mr. Bojangles?
Oh, also, we're doing it in the key of 'G'.
