Nel cor piu non mi sento is from an opera by Giovanni Paisiello (1740-1816) called La Bella Molinara. Extremely popular -- there are variations on it by composers such as Beethoven, Sor (for guitar) etc.
I also found variations by Paganini with mp3s here.
