    Unhappy

Heard a rumor on the 'street' that our buddy Henry and his
partner may be sending out feelers--maybe looking to 'cash
out'. That would make a lot of sense--ie. sell out while
the company (Gibson) is still making money. Possible buyer
would be one of their big Gibson Japanese dealers. Given
the history of Gibson, this would not surprise me in the
least. Sorta like the recent purchase of 123Music by
Musicians Friend, which in turn was bought out by an even
larger dealer up in New Jersey (maybe Guitar Center?). In any event, I don't think Henry will be missed.

Gibson has been for sale in this state for over a decade, nothing new

They came close to being bought out by a Korean company a few years ago and backed out

This is just one of the ageless stories that surface now and again, its true but its nothing to even spoend a calore about

As far as the rest well thats just plain wrong

Gibson just got finished firing their age old Japanese distributor after decades

They are looking for a new one so much for that

Music123 was purchased as part of a larger purchase by Guitar Center. Guitar Center already owned Musicians Friend, it is and has been their online presence. Music123 had been based in New Jersey but by the time Guitar Center bought them they were based in Indiana. Guitar Center is not based in New Jersey.

This information is readily available online as Guitar Center is a publicly traded company. A quick Google brought up this page.

Most of your example is just plain wrong. As for the Gibson part, I have no idea.
