Is that peg head shape original, or is that a compromise repair after breaking off the peg head scroll?

Looks like a pre-20's F2 with a factory neck replaced in the 40's and a 50's pickguard. Mitch should have sold the 50's F5/F12 pickguard separate. The bridge looks like a 60's Kay bridge.
I like the way the description said: "head has a chip." Ya think?
