    I liked that Dave. The instruments sound good.

    That's nice! I thought Grisman and Marshall at first but this didn't disappoint.

    Funny, I thought of David Long and Mike Compton and, no, I was not disappointed either. The instruments sound great and the playing is even better. Bravo!!

    Fun! The name of that song slips my mind, but I'm used to the great Charlie Christian recording. I'd never heard it in this style. Listen to Charlie do it and it might spark some ideas.

    Is the tune "stompin at the savoy"?
    Thanks for the compliments. The mando was just delivered to Vermont this afternoon, I'm not sure if John is a regular here, I hope he'll give a report.
    That guitar really sounds good doesn't it? Shows how much the player has to do with it!

    Yes, I was thinking it was "Stompin' at the Savoy." Interesting version of a song about after hours jams at the biggest ballroom in Harlem in the thirties.
