Some discussion already in this thread in the "auction sites" forum. Apparently a somewhat weird instrument; it has a short 12-fret neck, leading to a bridge placement much nearer the tailpiece. Haven't heard doubts as to its authenticity, but even for an F-7 (a rare bird in itself), this one seems unusual.
