I'm delighted to see that Mr.Bill Clifton has been inducted to the BGHF.
Bill was a driving force in US Bluegrass with his "Dixie Mt.Boys" band & when he came over to live in the UK,he built the foundations of the UK Bluegrass scene that continues to this day. I had the pleasure of meeting & playing Banjo with Bill many times & a more generous,modest & likeable person,is hard to imagine. He richly deserves the honour that he's been awarded & i wish him many more years of active playing,an incredible guy,
