Looking for tabs for Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus...Thanks
What are you looking for, exactly? Just the chords to play rhythm, or a transcription of the melody for mandolin? There are several sites with guitar tabs I found by Googling the song title. I have not found a mandolin tab yet and there are a few different arrangements of it as well. This is not a very difficult song to sound out by ear if you know the basics. There are only 3, 4, or 5 chords in it, depending on which arrangement you like.
"I thought I knew a lot about music. Then you start digging and the deeper you go, the more there is."~John Mellencamp
"Theory only seems like rocket science when you don't know it. Once you understand it, it's more like plumbing!"~John McGann
"IT'S T-R-E-M-O-L-O, dangit!!"~Me
Just hum the song, find the first note, and you should have it in 10 minutes. the melody is really simple and can actually be played all on 1 string. I uploaded a lead sheet for this song to my profile. ENJOY!
Thanks for the help Jkf, I'm a new player, self taught and like to play old gospel tunes, got the bad habit of relying on tabs I guess. Appreciate the transcription.

This hymn sounds great with tremoloed double stops.
Thanks Kent for sharing your website, that was exactly what I was looking for. May the Lord bless you! What a great ideal!

Hey Joshua, record it and I'll put it on the web, just a thought.

I don't have any way of recording yet, but I may take you up on that.
My friend Roby Pantall and I played that one during communion at our church this morning. A great old hymn with a wonderful message.
