Thread: Case fo A-style

    I have a standard A-style mandolin and i need a case. What is teh cheapest case i can get for the best quality?

    You can find cases for it very reasonably priced. I would suggest you consider storage room when choosing. I have a shaped, hardshell case for my A model but there is no room for accessories. I only have room for picks, a tuning fork and string winder. I really can't carry an extra set of strings without bending them to get them in the case. If you are going to be playing out very much, I would suggest a moderately priced rectangular case to allow for storage.

    mike,

    i bought a musician's friend featherweight case for $30 and i've been very happy with it for the price.
