I'm in Derbyshire - which isn't that far from Yorkshire but Yorkshire is a big place. (Don't mention the Ridings our American friends will never understand!)

There's a bunch of your fellow countrymen on the Mandolin Cafe...But not me...however, my Great, Great Grandfather ( a POW in the War of 1812) was from Britain...Wales actually, and an ancestor on my mothers' side was a signer of the Mayflower Compact and came to these shores on the 2nd Mayflower crossing in 1640 AD.
