I'm a pretty new listener but, of what I've listened to, I like "It's Mighty Dark to Travel" and "The Coupon Song."
Without a doubt "Body & Soul". It encapsulates all i love in Bluegrass, & Bill's voice is incomparable
IMHO. But having said that, there are so many other songs i love of his,
Saska
Weber F-5 'Fern'.
Lebeda F-5 "Special".
Stelling Bellflower BANJO
Tokai - 'Tele-alike'.
Ellis DeLuxe "A" style.
A Good Woman's Love.
Song: Uncle Pen or On My Way Back To The Old Home.
Tune: Roanoke or Bluegrass Breakdown.
Special Mention: Whitehouse Blues, a pretty generic kind of blues but oh the mandolin solos. They're totally on fire!
Muleskinner Blues. Yep.
The version of Get Up John that he played at a workshop at the Gaslight Cafe in NYC in 1966, sparks a'flyin'!!

Things good for nothing you can bet your life,
I tried it out and I got a wife.
Neat little song but not written by Big Mon
Wow! My favorite Monroe tune? Hard to say I like a LOT of them.
I like pretty much ALL of Monroe's instrumentals.
Probably Roanoke and Jerusalem Ridge. Well I like Uncle Pen too. Oh Yeah Muleskinner Blues.
Oh well I guess I can't pick just one!
My favorites might be the tunes Bill never got to show me.
Such a vast pool.
From his later years, the tunes on Master of Bluegrass (bought the LP when it came out) all are faves. That Come Hither to Go Yonder is great fun, Lochwood too.
Old Dangerfield
Jerusalem Ridge is very cool and lately I have been getting into Cheyenne. It has the cool major/minor contrast.
