"Put your hands to the wood
Touch the music put there by the summer sun and wind
The rhythms of the rain, locked within the rings
And let your fingers find The Music in the Wood."

Happy Birthday Ted Eschliman!

Welcome to the club! Medicare has done well by me. Thanks to it, and my supplemental insurance through AARP, when I had open heart surgery two years ago (my heart was too big; they had to take it down a size or two), my out-of-pocket expenses were only a few C-notes, out of what surely had a price tag of half a mil. Wish you the best of health, but if things take a turn, and just for doctors' visits, there's this.

@ Ted: I had to do a follow up on the Eschliman... The name comes from Switzerland. There the name is Aeschlimann. The "Aeschlimann" family comes from the Emmental in Switzerland. Mann of course is man. Aeschli consists of the diminuetive form of "li". An Aesch is the tree Ash. The name points to the place where the people live, namely near the small ash trees.
