Actually I was going to stop in and see Ted today but old people depress me

(I'm a lot older than Ted by the way).

    Happy Birthday.
The more birthdays, the shorter the list of mistakes we haven't made yet. Peace.

Happy birthday Ted. Just curious, Does AARP membership entitle you to any discounts on mandolins and music supplies?

Happy birthday, Ted! I happened to see it on the local news this morning. Ain't it great to have a friend like Scott, unselfishly ensuring the world is aware?

True that. It's right there in the News Of The Day - on this day in mandolin history ... - so it must be so!

Happy Birthday, Ted! And thanks for all you do around here, which is considerable!

Happy Birthday Ted, we seem to share the same birthday as well! Funny thing, I just bought your book (Getting into Jazz mandolin) for myself as a birthday present. I spent most of the morning working through it. Who works on their b-day anyway? The book is great, there is some great stuff in there and it should keep my fingers busy for a while.

Thank you all for the kind thoughts! The Postman just made my day even more special, too! From Salvador, Brazil, my new JP Charles custom 10-string just arrived. What incredible timing!
