Once on Trekel's website --and if you want something, well... almost 17th-century-sounding -- there is my own Canzona (per Carlo Aonzo). I am not, however, lying about my age.
Now, for real Baroque repertoire, you don't need to to look far: there are, for example, Scarlatti's wonderful, scintillating, sparkling Sonatas for mandolin. And if you are open to arrangements/transcriptions from the repertoire of other instruments, the choices are myriad.
