Hi John, and apologies for not replying earlier -- I had not seen your message as this is not really a discussion thread but rather intended as a convenient place to post attachments for the social groups section of the Cafe. The forum software doesn't allow attachments there, so they get posted here and referred to in the group discussion. In this instance, the discussion thread for "Drystone Waltz" is here: Link. As for your question, I would think that "EC" stands for "English concertina" (i.e. the chromatic version) and "BC" for "baritone concertina". That would make the arrangement intended for a concertina ensemble plus bass.
