I am starting a mandola commission, and will make some "New Navy" mandolins along side, so I should be logging in some, to get inspiration.

Here is a sweet little guitar finished just before christmas, and gone to Peru!

The body on that looks a lot some plans I have drawn up based on an old Regal Tenor guitar. What are the dimensions?

Hi Bill, still looking like a dog, I see. Thanks for the welcome.
Bill, I traced around a 1890's Martin size 2 guitar that a friend in Austin had, in a coffin case. It is 12 1/4" wide and 4" at the tail block. I can't recall the body length, but I can check it for you tomorrow. I made it 24.9" scale, and it was wonderful, I hated to let it go. I've started another, for me.
