Hi Mark,
Is that Jaime in Madrid's trio? Not sure it is. Can't remember what his trio is called. If it is then I have an email address for him if that helps. Have you tried CD Baby?
Ali
Thank you for the reply Ali
Jaime's ensemble is the Trio Assai and both of their recordings are quite nice. I really enjoy their arrangements of Spanish classical music on the bandurria, laud and guitar.
The Trio Chamorro is also a bandurria-laud-guitar trio. I am especially curious of their arrangements of some pieces by the Spanish composer Angel Barrios who wrote music for this kind of ensemble.
I just found Pedro Chamorro's website and perhaps my email in Spanish will yield some results.
Marilynn Mair wrote a glowing page+ review of this CD in Mandolin Quarterly back in 1999.
I really miss that magazine.
