I've tried emailing Mike about a set of these tuners for my new Gibson Goldrush. It said his email didn't exist. Anybody know how to get a set of these? I've seen a couple members talk about how they can make them.

If you talk sweet to him, you might get Tom Ellis to make some more. He is an inlay master. Though, I shouldn't even speculate about whether or not he would.

Tom's inlay business is Precision Pearl, Inc... precisionpearl.com They seem to make the inlay for half the higher end guitar makers in the US.
He, of course, makes some pretty good mandolins along with his shop partner Pava Knezevic
Also, he is a fabulous bird photographer. take a look at his Flickr page

I also sent an email, I didn't know Ellis made those buttons? I have an old set of Mike Blohms "I bought used" for my Waverlies that are pretty nice, Doesn't he make em anymore? I guess I never investigated? They sure are classy whoever makes em in the old style, the originals are nice but they are fixed/glued onto the old machines, there pry is a way to get em off? Does anyone have suggestions on doing that? It would be a shame to ruin vintage ones though!
Looking for a set of your replacement tuner buttons
I bought a set from Mike Blohm couple of years ago and he said he was planning to get back into this, confirmed by his post above. I had a 1919 F4 which would not have had Handels but I always loved them so they are on my F4 and 'fit the bill'. The only issue I had was I put them on the Stewmac Pre 1924 Golden Age repro tuners (original tuners long gone) and the Blohm buttons have the screw holes on the outside where as the Dtewmac;s don;t have a screw. I glued in tiny white pearl dots and it 's all great.
Can't get my image to load.
I have a 1915 F4 which has Handel tuners.

I think I used to own that one Dave. I sold a 1915 F4 with Handels to Trevor TAMCO about 4 years ago.
That's probably the one Jimmy.

Hi Dave. Yeah I have these moments of deciding I want to just use an F-hole mandolin and sell my F4s (I've had 8 over last 40 years). However, I have decided that I am not selling my current one. 100% certain.
As for the one you have, I think I put a bone nut on instead of the pearl from memory. Done the same with my current one and love the sound. I find they take 11-40 strings no problem.
