    Question Vintage "Kay" mandolin

    http://cgi.ebay.ca/VINTAGE-Kay-8-Str...item3a5cef7163

Once again, they say they don't know, but.............they "think"

Not a bad looking old mandolin with 'Stradolin-like' ff holes.

I was of the opinion it looks like a laminated top.

Anyone else have an opinion on this.

If it's solid wood, the price might be right.

I don't have my catalogs handy, but I would think this is a Harmony made mandolin. I have seen a few of these under other labels like Vagabond.

If it's a good one, I hope someone on here got it.

At $58 .. it's hard to go wrong, unless it's unplayable.

I don't think it's a Kay, it looks like a Harmony to me as well.

I saw that as well. I think he's asking a bit much for what it is.
