I think Chris used to play guitar occasionally in Nickel Creek's later years. And if you go very far back (like when he was 10), he *was* the guitarist in Nickel Creek, and Sean played mandolin.
Chris played everything, guitars (electric too), drums, piano everything on Deciever.
