Looks great. What kind of music do you like to play on it? Welcome to the Cafe.

Welcome to the Cafe. Congratulations! What a beautiful mandolin.
IMO Collings has the best looking Honey Amber finish going! Awesome. Enjoy.

Thanks for all the compliments!
@JEStanek - I'm still new to the mandolin, so I'm not playing any particular type of music per se. I've started learning a few Led Zeppelin songs - they're fairly easy - as I familiarize myself with the instrument. I'm a guitar player that has dabbled in half a dozen or so musical instruments over the last 20 years.
I will try my hand at bluegrass over the next few months. I know an A-style with an oval hole is not necessarily a "bluegrass" instrument, but it's got plenty of volume and seems to chop just fine. I have a friend who is a 12-string guitar player that is really into bluegrass and he thinks that this one has the right tone. It seems like a very versatile instrument to me.
Holy smokes. She's a beaut, Clark!
Beautiful instrument. You can play about any type of music, even grass with that. Congratulations on getting a fine instrument.
