Five days of camping, mandolin playing, fishing, and fun on the banks of a very nice trout stream in extreme northwestern North Carolina. Is trout the only fish in that stream? Can you catch and eat? I remember one year there was dozens of Loars that showed up.
The woods were full of the sounds of old Gibsons.

Did anyone using a Loid Lure catch a trout?

I've sighted only three Loars there over the years--and one of them I had to look at through the closed case! The trout are catch and release at that time of year, but I think they might bite on the Lloyd Lure...
