Hi. When I became a member of this forum, I guess I somehow set it so that I would get an email to my real email address anytime I received a personal message. Is there any way to change this now so it doesn't send a copy of the message to my regular email address?

Yes. In the upper right of this page click "Settings" in that new window, on the left column click "General Settings" then in the next window under the Private Messaging section adjust the settings to your new desired state.
