Just wanted to state that Elderly Instruments ROCKS! Their customer service is phenomenal. I have ordered a lot from them, this was the first time there was issues- and with in 10 hours or so, it has all been resolved.

I am sure the Mandolin Store, Big Joe's, etc...would be the same, but just wanted to express my appreciation publicly.

+1 on that. I needed a mandola gig bag, and the guy on the phone figured out which one was the best fit for my instrument. It was shipped free as well. Good work!!

Yep, I've placed many satisfactory orders (and done a absolutely hassle-free return) on accessories from Elderly. More recently, I had an e-mail question about a particular Martin guitar model, and received a very thoughtful, detailed answer from someone who had A/B'ed that particular model against others. Great store!

As far as I am concerned they set a standard for their business. I have only dealt with them online and they have been great. When I have called I have always had a great response from a real human on the other end. Fantastic folks, hope to make it up there in person one day.
