Default Truss rod cover plate on Eastman 500 series

Hi, does anyone know if the sort of elongated bell-shaped plate that goes on the front of the headstock of the Eastman 504 mandolin (and other Eastman models as well) is an Eastman-custom part or can it be found in other parts catalogs? I've looked through Allparts and I don't see it, but there might be a better place to find it.

A drawing would be good, since I'm really looking for the template more than the part, as I am going to make it out of something else (nickel silver) and engrave it.

I'd think it's down to where the holes are, as apposed to the overall shape.
You could make the shape as elaborate as you like as long as the screws fit.

There are several makers of inlay / truss-rod covers etc. Have a look at the website of Bryan England's Custom Inlay. If you have an Eastman Mandolin, take the TRC off & use it as the template - or is this something that you're making for somebody else ?,
