    Default Pinkham Solo manolin duets

Hey, i've been trying to get my hands on Josh Pinkhams album Solo Mandolin Duets for quite sometime now, and can't find it anywhere on the internet. If anyone has a copy or knows where i could get myself one, that'd be great.

If I remember correctly, you could only buy it from Josh, so your best bet is to contact him directly. Unfortunately his website seems to have gone, but maybe someone here knows how to get hold of him.

Great album, definitely worth getting if you can.

Yeah, what has happened to Josh Pinkham? The last I heard he was part of The Deadly Gentlemen, but appears that he's not doing that anymore. Check out some videos on YouToob with the Frank Vignola quartet.

Jeremy Kittel's band looks like his most recent (and perhaps current) gig:

    Nice version of Forky Deer!

FWIW I thought his style of playing really fit in with the Frank Vignola group, not so much for bluegrass where it kinda reminds me of too many Chris Thile type players. He doesn't seem to stay with a band for to long.

I don't, but I would love to hear it. I finally tracked down a copy of Frank Vignola's Kong Man for the expressed purpose of hearing Josh. That one is hard to find too.

You might try contacting the family here:

and see if they're still selling it. I bought it when he released it and have listened to it a lot. Great disc!!

Jeremy Kittel and his quartet, with Josh, will be playing at my concert series on October 8, in Madison, Ct. If you can't get any cd's, I'll get ahold of Jeremy and have Josh bring some, and we'll send them out to anyone.

If you don't have "Slapback" with Josh and Jerry Thomasson (on Acoustic Oasis) get it. That is a great CD.
