Default Martin A style mandolin plans for sale

I've seen occasional questions about cant-top mandolin plans.
I wonder what the response would be for copies of this 1976 plan by H.E. Brown, and copyright International Guitar in Tulsa? I am assuming that the copyright is expired and International no longer exists.
This post should shake out any issues.

International Guitar in Tulsa then could be International Luthier's Supply today. From what I understand, they are not easy to communicate with and have no web presence.

I'm not exactly sure about technical drawings/plans, but copyrights usually last for 50 or 75 years depending on whether the original creator owns it or if it was work made for hire. Either way, the only way to know who is in possession of the copyright now would be to contact the plan's creator or International Guitar.
