Looks to me like a straight "A", circa 1914/15, photographed with one of those confounded mobile 'phone devices.

Item's gone, despite its lack of "cracks, spits, and damages." Never spit on your Gibson; reduces its market value drastically.

I am not recommending this seller as I know nothing about him, but if you actually click on the feedback number you will find that that rating is ONE negative out of 4 sales in the last 12 months. His longterm history reflects no other negatives. In my opinion this is a problem with ebays feed back system.

Got the blurry cam mando today..Looks real good..Has about a 2" seam separation on the back near the tailpiece,i'll have that fixed in short order..normal wear and tear but solid..neck is straight, frets need dressing..original finish, tuners, tailpiece bottom and pickguard with working side clamp and a decent case filled with really old music to boot..I'm happy with it and I should make a few dollars on it.

Can we see what it looks like minus the beer goggles?

What year does the serial number indicate. It doesn't look like 1898 hand made.

I'll post some pics after the separations are repaired..I decided to open a not as described case with ebay as the listing clearly stated no cracks, spits or damage..It's textbook gibsonitus shrinkage at the tailpiece, should have been mentioned and photographed, even with blurry beer goggles on..
