Some of you may already know this: Marla and Jimmy are starting their week long CA / OR tour today, with a show in Los Angeles. If you happen to live in one of the cities they'll be visiting, I strongly encourage you to go check them out. They had recently released an album together, Morning Star, which is a great CD and has been discussed at length on the forum earlier.

Here are the dates for all their stops in the next week or so. If you're coming to the San Diego show and workshop, I look forward to seeing you there.

I did get to the show last night and it was indeed brilliant! Great playing and great craic altogether! Highpoints for me were the two Marla penned tunes they played, and a song Jimmy sang in Irish. Got to chat to him after the show as well, lovely guy!
