Default String suggestions for an Eastman DGM1?

Anyone used Jazzmando flatwounds on the Eastman DGM1? I am looking for the best match for this instrument so anyone who has tried out strings and came to conclusions, let me know how it went.

Yes! Had LaBella flatwounds on mine for awhile. Believe they're the same?? Beautiful round tone, felt amazing. Really loose strings. Just changed them to coated d'addarios (exp74's) cos that's just what I prefer, gives the monster more of a bite and growl. They feel significantly tighter. The LaBella's were very mellow - too mellow for my playing style but beautiful just the same.
