Old Fiiddlers Gathering

Went to Old Fiddlers Gathering in Watkins Glen, NY in mid June.. My first experience.... Took my Stradolin and spent most of my time with a jamming group... Unfortunately I didn't know what to expect and it was anything but my interest which is blues mando... However I did OK and enjoyed the afternoon. Got to compare my Stradolin with a couple of newish Webers and it stood up very well against them... One Weber owner wanted to buy it from me.... My wife pointed out that after I started playing several fiddle players moved to the other side of the jam (away from me). Live and learn.... Had a good time. Highly recommended.
