Lowel has quite a collection of instruments, including some very nice tenor guitars.
My favorite is the "Windsor Whirlie".....

Very unusual......I dig the cast piece on the peghead! Looks like this one is in his museum.
He often has some very interesting items for sale too.
It's tough to pick a favorite on Lowell's terrific site... I too love that little Whirlie though. Reminds me of the Epiphone Recording guitars.
I know we're in the Tenor Guitar section, but this is some serious eye candy ...
There has been some chit-chat elsewhere concerning a couple of mandolins with lumpy scrolls, but somehow the shape of the Whirlie works. Part of that is how it is set off by the unique pickguard, itself a wonderment of art nouveau or art deco stylings. Quite an eye-catching design all around.
But that's just my opinion. I could be wrong. - Dennis Miller

Finders Keepers, my duo with the astoundingly talented and versatile Patti Rothberg. Our EP is finally done, and available! PM me, while they last!
Journey Bear, I saw that trio too...... Wow. I thought about posting it in the Loar thread here at the Cafe.
