Post Tab for 'Rabbit in the Log'

How are y'all doing! I just got done finishing a transcription of Chris Thile's version of Rabbit in the Log, off his album 'Sleep With One Eye Open' with Michael Daves. It's pretty close, with the exception of a few notes he hits as fillers in his breaks. Enjoy!

Do you get a triple shot of expresso with that?

I'm afraid my arm might catch fire if I tried to play that fast

Doc , Skaggs and Grisman do a cool version on Grisman's "Home is where the heart is"

Hey thank you so much for this! I tried to transcribe it myself but didn't do it correctly haha! I love this song and am very happy to have an accurate tab for it! I just wish my mandolin wasn't poorly built because the further I go up the neck, the more out of tune the thing will go. I guess $500 isn't enough for accurately tuned mandos....haha but enough with my self-pity...I was trying to figure out Sedi Donka, the one Mike Marshall and Chris Thile perform for the woodsongs radio thing, and I figured you would do a much better job at transcribing it than I would. Thanks and sorry for a mini essay, I tend to type a lot!

Summary: It would be awesome, if you could transcribe Sedi Donka by Mike Marshall and Chris Thile!

Hey Do you think you could Mandolin transcribe This Girl---Punch Brothers? I can't seem to get it. Chris is quite the virtuoso.

Would it be tricky to put it out in standard notation as well? Thanks! I have a great Jethro transcription over in Jazz threads if you're interested.
