    I've been working on this ( http://cliffordessex.net/index.php?_...&productId=686 ) arrangment for about a month. I figure I'll have it down in about 2 more (months). If anyone plays this I would love to see/hear a video and any tips you can give me.

    I worked on Nola for a while. Its one of those tunes you have to get down perfectly or forget it. Enough people have heard it that the expectations are high. Also the tune is structured so that anything amiss really sticks out.

    I applaud you for picking this one up. Good on ya.

    I put it aside. Getting it perfect was kicking my tailpiece.

    Yeah, It's kickin mine too. I said I would have it in 2 more months but it will probably be a lot longer.

    Originally a piano piece, I fooled around with it a little when I took lessons with Roy Smeck who played it on tenor banjo. You can get the piano piece for free download here or here. It is a fun one.
