I don't like being critical but shouldn't that say Doors OPEN?

A Facebook post/thank you just posted. We are indeed lucky to have Leo and his family in our collective music/bicycling community here in the midwest.

Had a chance to briefly talk with Leo yesterday at the Kansas Fiddling Championship in Lawrence, Kansas. It sure was great to see him out and about. He still has a long road to full recovery but if anybody can, Leo can! I understand there is a picture of him at the KFC festival that he posted on Facebook but I am not a member of that web-site.

We also talked about bicycling and how he misses it. I volunteered to join him on his first ride back in the saddle. I can't wait.

Cheers to Leo and also to Scott and the others for their efforts in fundraising for Leo and his wonderful family.

Jim - I was there as well. After everything Leo went through, we're so lucky to still have him with us. I've got two of his guitars. Can't recommend them enough. Did you have a chance to play the mandolin he made?

Winfield; Nope, I didn’t have a chance to play that mandolin but I did recently play a short scale tenor guitar tune GDAE that Leo built this year. Wow, is that ever a nice instrument.
