Tabs? Just figure it out by ear.

Seriously, try slowing it down with the Amazing Slow Downer software (a free version is available). It'll take you longer but you'll learn a lot by making the effort.

And no, I don't have tabs or notation for it.

It's called Sedi Donka. Here is some more information on the song:

I found some abc notation for it and converted it to pdf. I know it is not tab but it might help someone. This looks to be in 7/16 alternating with 11/16. Yikes!

It appears on the "Live Duets" album.

Sedi Donka is actually in 25/16 - been playing it for years.

    Here's a live version:

I'm not sure how useful it is to describe it as in 25/16, it's much more useful to learn to count the tune as Thile describes at the beginning of the video. Notating it in 25/16 would be hell to read - much more sensible the 7/16, 7/16, 11/16 notation that Jim Garber posted.
I play a Bulgarian tune that goes under the generic title of Gankino Horo (stumbling dance); it is nominally notated in 11/8 but until I learned to count it (4/8, 3/8, 4/8 or "chukka chukka chukkachu chukka chukka"), I found it impossible to play at any reasonable tempo.
